The Kourtaliotiko Gorge (Greek: Φαράγγι Κουρταλιώτικος) is one of the most spectacular gorges in Crete and a must-see for nature lovers, hikers, and adventurers. Here, the Megalopotamos river plunges through narrow rock walls, forming waterfalls and creating a tropical-looking valley with palm trees, fig trees, and a wild, romantic landscape.
