Castellblanch is a company dedicated to the production of cava. It has its wineries in San Sadurní de Noya. The company was founded as a family business in 1908 by Jerónimo Parera Figueres under the name Bodega Castellblanch, S.A., and many years later it became part of the Rumasa group. Since 1984 it has belonged to the Freixenet group.

The Castellblanch winery building is included in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. It is a two-storey building from the beginning of the 20th century located on the outskirts of the town centre. Before entering the premises you have to pass through a small garden. The building is crowned by a sign with the name of the company.
