Mountain biking
In 1910 it was remodelled, following a project by the civil engineer Euduard Maristany y Gubert, cousin of the owner of the estate, Pere Gerard Maristany y Oliver, landowner, politician and patron of a family enriched by the American wine and cava trade. Pere Gerard Maristany y Oliver owned estates in the Penedès and Maresme and was ennobled in 1912 by King Alfonso XII with the title of Count of Lavern.
