WS Stamp 28: Fohlenplackener Hut

From September 15, 2024, stamp station 28 of the hiking treasures of the Wild Homeland will be located directly at the Fohlenplackener Hut.The Fohlenplackener Hut is located not far from the small village of Fohlenplacken, in the middle of the Hochsolling. From here you have a wonderful view of the Giersberg and the Holzminden Valley in the Weserbergland. Benches and a table are available directly in front of the hut, which was built in 1968, so this stamp station is also particularly suitable as a picnic spot. The hut's porch is also equipped with seating and is open to the public.

Very beautifully situated hut with a view over Fohlenplacken and the Holzmindetal. And nice little stamp box extras ;) We combined it with a nice walk from the Neuhaus wildlife park and the Ahlequelle (another stamp station).
