The checkerboard pattern itself only covers the right side of the stone. With the renovation and removal of the plaster layer in 1994, the checkerboard-patterned square appeared in the lower right corner. The relationship with the Jutland and German-Polish checkerboard stones is clear. How many stones are still hidden under the plaster of the churches?
