The Town Hall of Jaca is one of the most interesting examples of Aragonese Plateresque architecture. The building was built in two phases during the 15th and 16th centuries. The façade is undoubtedly the most outstanding element of the construction.

It was designed by Juan de Rosellet and built by Biscayan stonemasons in 1544. The restoration works carried out during the first decade of the 21st century have significantly altered its appearance and have allowed it to recover part of its original nature.
