The State Garden Show Apolda 2017 was the fourth state garden show (LGS) of the state of Thuringia and took place from April 29 to September 24, 2017 in the city of Apolda. The park becomes more and more scenic towards the south. The peace pond with all around gentle natural embankments conveys space and tranquility. It is surrounded by flowering banks, reeds and reeds. To enhance the experience of nature, a 250 m long wooden footbridge, the "Passarelle", leads directly over the water of the Friedensteich.
