The ASVi is a tram museum in Thuin in Belgium , specialising in the history of the Belgian narrow gauge Vicinal system. The museum includes an operational museum tram line running from Thuin to Lobbes .

The historic metre gauge tram line consists of two parts:

1.

a section of the former Thuin - Anderlues local tram line (lines 91 and 92). This line was part of the famous and extensive Belgian local tram network that once covered the entire country;

2.

a section of the NMBS standard gauge line (line 109 Mons - Chimay ) that was converted to metric gauge and equipped with an overhead line for power supply.

This tram museum has a beautiful and extensive collection of tram motorcars, passenger carriages and freight carriages dating from the period of our national local railways (N.M.V.B. / S.N.C.V.). A must see in this region!
