The Plan de l'Aiguille is a flat area located at between 2,200 and 2,300 metres above sea level, on the north-facing slopes of the Aiguilles de Chamonix, above Chamonix. It is home to the Plan de l'Aiguille refuge, the Plan-de-l'Aiguille station - the intermediate station of the Aiguille du Midi cable car - and the Lac Bleu.
