The property at Weyerbuschweg 1 is the single-storey park keeper's house "Haus Weyerbusch", donated to the city of Elberfeld in 1900 by the manufacturer Emil Weyerbusch. It is made of grouted basalt masonry on the ground floor, the same material as the Weyerbusch Tower; the north-east façade has an eastern side projection and a segmental arched entrance door over external cheek steps in natural stone and the keystone in the lintel in sandstone with the coat of arms of the Weyerbusch family and votive bands above: "donated by Emil Weyerbusch in 1900".
