Road cycling
Good asphalt, little traffic. In the south, continue east along the lake towards Selent. On nice weekends it's very busy, so I'd continue south and then east in Martensrade. Avoid the B202, it's very busy, noisy and has a bad cycle path. The small side roads are all easy to ride, so you don't have to bother with the main road.
In the north, everything is easy to ride, I'd just avoid the L211.
