The Forum Peine, opened in 1988, is a multifunctional event center in the middle of the city center. The building has a variable hall area with a stage and modern technology, as well as various group and seminar rooms.

Like the city theater, the Forum Peine is operated by the Peine Cultural Association and is filled with a variety of cultural offerings.

Clubs, associations, parties, organizations and companies use the forum as a conference center. Depending on the type and size of the event, various seating models are available. Depending on the type of event, the hall area can accommodate up to 320 visitors with row seating (380 with the gallery, another 30 seats in the adjacent podium), and up to 230 seats are available with table seating (280 with the adjacent podium). For jazz and blues concerts, casual bistro seating is also popular, while for rock concerts, seating is dispensed with altogether and 650 visitors can enjoy the evening.
