The Litz rises from a seven-part spring near the 'Alpe Fresch', at about 1,800 meters above sea level. Another part of the water comes from the Langsee, which seeps underground into the Litz. Over time, the river formed the Silbertal in a slightly bulbous river.

The Litz comes from the Silbertal and flows into the Ill below the Tschaguns Church. A beautiful mountain stream with nice paths on both sides of the river. On the safety rail you can impressively read who has already spent their vacation here.
