The strange rock formations hidden away in the forest are due to the erosion caused by wind and water, and it is believed that the rock served as places of worship in Celtic times. The mighty sandstone block has on its surface several, possibly man-made "bowls" on. Such baskets were cut by the Celts from the rock to summon the earth deities with offerings for a good harvest.

Mountain biking

There is an unusual stone formation here, which was apparently a place of worship in Celtic times. Above it is a bench for resting.
Although the MTB route is called "Hanging Stone", you cannot get past here directly by bike. You have to take a small detour from the route that gives it its name and walk up here, but it's worth it!
