"Graffiti artists began to appear here regularly only after the political change. In the years of the Polish People's Republic, any artistic expression in public space was illegal (due to censorship). Hardly anyone had heard of spray paint then. In the 1980s, you can see it on the wall there were only anti-state slogans. The inhabitants of Ursynów could read written with a thick paintbrush: KŁAMSTVO, DTV ŁŻE.
