"A direction-finding tower (Spanish: Torres de defensa or Torres d'Enfilació) is a tower that was built by the navy on the coast and is used for navigation. Such a tower helps boats or submarines to determine their position using cross-bearing.
On the north coast of Mallorca, the Spanish navy built 28 direction-finding towers in pairs at a distance of 1,240 meters, each 200 meters apart. These towers, with their slender construction reminiscent of obelisks, were often painted white and the top had a red marking.
The towers were used by the Spanish fleet for deck direction-finding during military exercises from around 1941 to 1970." Source: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peilturm

We were very astonished when the tower suddenly appeared out of nowhere in front of us. Nature around it is great.
