The Palais de Rumine is a public building in the Swiss city of Lausanne. It is located in the Centre district on the Place de la Riponne, on the western edge of the old town. The building was built from 1898 to 1906 according to plans by Gaspard André in the Florentine Renaissance style and is part of the inventory of cultural assets of national importance. It served as the main building of the University of Lausanne, and today it houses five museums and part of the Lausanne Cantonal and University Library. The palace is named after Gabriel de Rumine.
