Very nice to look at and not so much excitement as in St. Peter Bad.

In the Dorf district, what has been preserved from the past meets the modern bustle of the present. The architecture in the village is characterized by well-preserved thatched roof houses as well as modern buildings of the modern era. Here is the Church of St. Peter, which gave the place its name. There is also the Museum der Landschaft Eiderstedt as well as the historical island with the backhus rebuilt, in which, initiated by the AG Ortschronik, fresh bread is actually baked in a wood-fired oven in summer.Visitors are given a homely feeling, which is rounded off by cozy cafes and restaurants. Small shops and boutiques invite you to stroll extensively. The weekly market (every Wednesday) attracts both residents and guests with fresh regional and seasonal products. On the south beach, which can be reached from the village district, you can relax on the green beach. At low tide, this section of the beach is perfect for hiking on the mudflats or for an extensive walk through the salt marsh landscape. And horse lovers will also get their money's worth in the village: here is the entrance to the ride towards Böhl.st-peter-ording.de/mein-spo/entdeck/dorf
