Parish established in the 15th century.
Parish church built in 1764–1766 from the foundation of Stanisław Małachowski. Rebuilt and enlarged in 1909–1913 according to the design of Warsaw architect Konstanty Wojciechowski. The church is entered in the register of historical monuments.
