The Tausendmühle in Bruchmühlbach is around 400 years old and is one of the region's last grain mills that was still in operation a few years ago. It owes its name to a stream that flowed past the mill, and the mill changed owners 26 times throughout history. Today, you can take baking courses at the mill and shop in the mill store.
