The sculpture by the artist Otto Herbert Hajek, who taught at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe until the early 1990s, is located on the grounds of the European School. It rests on a frame-like base, which, with its clear lines and surfaces, forms a contrast to the amorphous sculpture made of reinforced stone plaster. The gray of the material used is broken up with the primary colors red, blue and yellow.
