Commissioned by the Blasi family, the church dates from 1308 and was rebuilt in the second half of the 17th century by the Bassano architect Giovanni Miazzi, who designed the church after meeting Francesco Maria Preti. It was also decorated with some sculptures by the artist Antonio Bosa on the facade.
