Today just a little trip to the worst. I planned to go further, but it didn't work out, too many wanted that today.
So just a neat little round, woman's butt hurts 😂 with all the more beautiful music.

Spontaneous tour with Helmut and our friend Distance. Actually set off with a headache and slight circulatory problems, which of course the physical condition also had a lot of fun with, it got better with every trail during the tour.
And so I was always able to chase after Helmut, who showed me some new trails. Thank you.
And of course also for the bottle in the green herb garden restaurant.
      Successfully fought today:

After looking for (and finding) eggs in the morning, at least an attempt had to be made to get rid of some of the calories.
The Arrisrieder Moos was bypassed extensively today, firstly because biking is prohibited there in the nature reserve, and secondly because the hiking car park was jam-packed, i.e. the audience was out and about. During the breeding season I don't want to have trouble with the migratory birds.
On the Finkenmoos it was all the quieter and simply wonderful.
Already well warm in the sun, but also a really nice wind in between.
Then there was the reward (again calories 🙈) pizza from the grill and the "good" accompanying music from Düsseldorf.
Sorry, Jupp, he had to. 😇

Today more in health again after the osteopath pushed me up last week. Back can again, now the condition is paralyzing.
So only a small, gentle round without a lot of frills, the weather was already getting a bit too heavy.
The tour could also have passed as aromatherapy, as much as the farmers poured into the meadows.
Musically today, after a recent demand for pogo-compatible music, I had thought of my darkest past.

After the tiny trails didn't feel so bad yesterday, the thought occurred to me today that what feels good is good for you (... and funass).
So trust the healing power of the Argentrails and go.
Great weather, the ice in the trails has turned into mud, and the Beardman rehab began.
Still, it didn't turn out to be a big tour ...
      I didn't mean to exaggerate. 😌

Small forest floor, gravel and asphalt loop with the intention of doing something good for your back in the form of some movement.
Disgusting cold wind didn't make the action any more pleasant.
So just a few tiny trails, pedal as smoothly as possible and move smoothly.

... or "Dancing on Ice", with the double Rittberger with slight deductions in the B grade.
Today the Garmin Fall Assistant was tested, what can I say, it works.
I had not yet reached the ground on the ice sheet, then the good piece went like hell, including an alarm SMS to half the family.
Nothing happened, the family could be calmed down, the tour continued.
I just didn't really understand why the S2 trails were running today, but the bike pulls out from under my bum on the frozen puddle.
Great weather, icy in the shade, nice and warm in the sun, that was a nice start again after the longer compulsory break.
... tell you the story of who I am ...

The next tour from the front door.
Due to the temperatures of around -5 ° C, we went warmly wrapped up in wonderful sunshine on the trailer towards Waldburg.
Only a few icy ruts, otherwise perfect conditions due to the grippy snow.
Even the small steep ramps downhill were "perfect in shape".
So nice that at the end I treated myself to the Kapellenberg in Amtzell with its view.

Once tracked with the Garmin watch ... Seems to be better than the cell phone.
At the end of this "special" year, we went to the arrows again today for a quick ice-slush-and-cold-feet tour.
Again with an awful lot of people in the forest, for me one of the side effects, or collateral damage from the lockdowns.
A tricky course, partly very soft, partly frozen as hard as a board, so today with a reduced proportion of trails.
      Still a fine conclusion ...
to match the end of the year I recommend from the soundtrack of "the end of the f *** ing world"

I wish you a happy new year 🎉🎊
      and a healthy, active 2021🚵🧗‍♂️🧘‍♀️
