Also known as the Aeolian Harp and Gun Tower, it was intended for cannons. With an 18-meter diameter and 6-meter-thick walls, it was intended for firearms. It probably dates back to the 17th century, when plans were made to expand the castle into a Württemberg fortress. (Source: Information board on site)
