Hiking
The forest is definitely worth a walk, because you have to see the oaks. Whether you really have to visit each of the many tree highlights is an open question. The season should be important. I was there in spring when the weather was already warm and sunny, the days longer and the vegetation just before I woke up. The leaves don't even hide the bizarre shape of the trees.
