Together with the cathedral, the bridge remains the landmark of Bad Säckingen.
When I consider that all traffic used to roll over this bridge, in a single lane and regulated with a traffic light.
You can no longer imagine how it was.

A great experience to walk over the covered wooden bridge from Bad Säckingen to Steins in Switzerland. The bridge breathes history, inside there is not only the border but also information boards about history. And on the outside it is decorated with flowers.
