Tagliamento Cycle Path: Pioverno to Cavazzo

Beautiful paved bike path along the Tagliamento.

Cycle path surrounded by nature, cool and shady even in summer.
To the side of the stone tunnel there is a path that leads to a panoramic point, there is a bench to rest and one of the most beautiful views of the Tagliamento river.
Continuing, after crossing the motorway, the track forks. Keeping to the left you will arrive on the road that from Tolmezzo leads to the lake of Cavazzo.
If, on the other hand, you keep to the right, the road crosses a small ford that is almost always dry and enters the town of Cavazzo.
From Cavazzo you can continue through another beautiful cycle path that crosses a coniferous forest and leads to the bridge to Tolmezzo ...

Beautiful asphalt segment from Pioverno to Cavazzo (it's very easy to get there from Venzone - Alpe Adria Radweg), there are great spots to take a break and eat your snacks watching the river.
