Idyllic living and working where huge machines used to rattle: This will soon be possible at the ERBA industrial monument. This is where ultra-modern apartments for singles, couples and families as well as innovative commercial and event spaces are being built. As part of the federal program National Urban Development Projects, the old chimney was renovated in 2018 and is now visible from afar as a landmark.
