A beautiful, but quite short mountain hike. The path is comfortable, in the upper part there are steps from the time when the mountain was used for military purposes, but at the very top you need to be sure-footed. With my three shaky offspring I decided to skip the last 10 meters.

Hiking

Post built between the two world wars, staircase built with blocks of rock, which envelops the granite pinnacle of Mount Tejalone, climbs up to reach the top with the old lookout which currently houses the fire station. From the top of Caprera the panorama is majestic: the view extends from the Gallura coast to the Straits of Bonifacio, getting lost to the east in the infinite blue of the horizon line, interrupted at times by the profiles of the Monaci islets.
