Patershausen - a forgotten testimony of European historyThe Cistercian monastery of Patershausen is one of the forgotten greats of Hessian church and regional history. Although it was one of the most important women's monasteries in the area of present-day Hesse during the Middle Ages, its history is largely unknown. This themed trail aims to provide an insight into 500 years of mysterious history in the forest between Heusenstamm and Dietzenbach.
