The south façade facing the harbor market with the richly decorated gable over two floors and carved window surrounds has served as the backdrop for the popular open-air play "Heimatspiel Münnerstadt" together with the neighboring property since 1927. A mighty gable roof with a hip roof covered with beavertails crowns the house. The sequence of construction phases is exceptionally easy to read in all rooms and on the facades. The rooms along the facade facing the harbor market were added to the core building of the previous century in the 16th century. The original street façade from this period is still completely preserved as a dividing wall between three rooms. The historic roof structure from the two main construction phases of 1478 and 1573 has been completely preserved.
