The Alexander III Bridge is a bridge that crosses the Seine River in Paris. It was inaugurated in 1900 on the occasion of the Universal Exhibition, symbolizing Franco-Russian friendship. This bridge, in the Beaux Arts style, connects the esplanade of Les Invalides with the monumental complex formed by the Grand Palais and the Petit Palais. It is considered one of the most beautiful bridges in the city and is adorned with bronze lanterns, garlands, golden statues and large lions. A stunning place to visit! 😊

Unique historical bridge structure in the neo-baroque style with numerous sculptures and decorations.
The bridge was planned as part of the 1900 World Exhibition.
For me it is the most beautiful bridge in Paris!
