Gospa od Škrpjela (Italian Madonna dello Scarpello, German Mary of the Rock or of the Reef) is one of the two small islands off the coast of Perast in the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro.
The second island is called Sveti Đorđe. They are artificial islands created by a bulwark of rocks and by old sunken ships that were loaded with stones.

The two islands, like the entire Bay of Kotor, have been a UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage Site since 1979.
