Mountain biking
The tradition of rock throwing is still alive today. Every year on July 22nd, the festival called fašinada takes place, when the locals throw stones into the sea to increase the size of the island.
In 1452, the first Catholic church on the island, Gospa od Škrpjela, was built. The current church dates from 1632 and was renovated and expanded in 1722.
