The ruins are located on a hill outside Bydlin. The castle was built in the 14th century as part of the defensive system on Poland's western border. It was built by the knight Niemierz of the Strzała coat of arms. In the 14th century, Mikolaj Firlej converted the castle into a church. Destroyed by the Swedish army in the 18th century and abandoned.
