Tips
The high trail is really only for experienced hikers with sufficient surefootedness and good footwear, as there are some large piles of rocks to overcome. On the other hand, it is a nice scramble for children.

The tour is not difficult at all. There are only a few rocks and roots on the high trail. In winter, crampons are recommended. Very good food at the Berggasthof Kreuzhaus.
