In the past, many English guests were in Bad Wildbad, when they decided to build an English church in 1865, built in the style of a medieval village church. It stands in the spa park, surrounded by a sequoia and other large trees.

The English Church was built in 1865 in the medieval style and stands on a green area in the Kurpark, surrounded by imposing trees. Until 1914, services for the numerous English spa guests were held in the English Church during the summer season. Today the church can be rented for weddings, for example.

Hiking

At the end of the 1830s, the influx of English spa guests increased. Following the example of Orthodox churches for Russian spa guests, the English wanted an Anglican church in Wildbad. In 1865, the "medieval village church" was built from sandstone, where regular services were held until 1914.
Today, weddings and concerts are held here throughout the year.
