In the past, the Neckarkäptn was a quirky "family", people who lived and breathed shipping. In the meantime, it has become a rip-off crew behind a Maultaschen dealer, for whom his guests and their concerns are just another PR stunt and all the tools of corporate marketing.
I only use it now to get from A to B easily on my tours along the Neckar.
