Iris and Stephan Lauterbach have been offering delicious homemade ice cream at Therese-Neumann-Platz in the middle of Konnersreuth since 1997. They are already an institution here. Twelve types of ice cream are currently on offer in the ice cream parlor, including "Mecker-Liese", an ice cream made from goat's milk. Stephan Lauterbach invented this because the people of Konnersreuth are often mocked as "Goaserer".
