The first church in Prószków (Pruskau) was founded by Count Jerzy Prószkowski (Georg von Proskau) when building his residence near the market square. The church was destroyed by the Swedes during the Thirty Years' War. The reconstruction of the temple in the Baroque style according to the design of the Florentine architect Giovanni Seregno lasted until 1687. The church currently exists in this shape. Parking in the market square. There are bicycle racks in front of the church.
