At a certain point, arriving from the Camaldoli asphalt, at a roundabout, going straight you pass to the right of a low wall (road closed with a chain and no transit but you pass). From here the dirt road begins which leads to the quarry under Forte Ratti. The first section is nice and steep but short, the concrete road is broken but can be cycled. The second section is less steep but there is still a bit of a slope (also short) and it becomes a wide dirt road with a not too bumpy surface. Then it flattens out and after a short stretch (there is a gate to go through with a small path on the left) you arrive at the quarry.
