Corso Italia is one of the main arteries of Genoa. It extends along a path of about 2.2 km, entirely overlooking the sea, in the residential district of Albaro; it is considered the promenade par excellence of the city. The road goes from the Foce district to the seaside village of Boccadasse. Built in the early decades of the twentieth century, it immediately became one of the main meeting points for the Sunday stroll of the Genoese.
