The Quan Thanh Temple (Vietnamese: Đền Quán Thánh) is one of the most important religious and historical landmarks in Hanoi. It is picturesquely situated on the northern shore of Truc Brook Lake, very close to West Lake (Tay Ho). The temple was built during the reign of King Li Thai Tổ (1010–1028). Although it has been renovated several times over the centuries, it retains the classic imperial architectural style of Vietnam.
