The name of the Berlin hotel and hostel "Happy Go Lucky" stands for light-heartedness and carelessness, but since 2016 the exterior facade, which is now well-known in Berlin, has been a thorn in the side of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district office. During a usual site inspection, one of the responsible clerks did not see the work of art by Irish artist Dom Browne, but an unauthorized advertising lettering. The writing "Happy Go Lucky Hearts" contained in the painting is regarded as an advertisement and should therefore be removed.
