She was close to nature and people, was a healer and helped many. This memorial stone commemorates the Büdingen herbalist Grete Flach. In 2021, the stone sculptor Ulrike Degenhardt created this memorial stone from the rescued gravestone. The left edge is now adorned with a half-relief of Grete Flach. She looks at a stack of open books on the right edge. Below is one of Grete Flach's sayings: "Because only the simple life gives strength and peace."
