    Hiking

Baghdwar is the source of Baghmati river that flows along Kathmandu valley. For Hindus and Buddhist alike, this is a sacred pilgrimage site and there are several hermit caves as well as Buddhist statues and statues of Lord Shiva. People drink water from the naturally flowing streams.
Quite a few stone steps along this route.
