Immediately in front of the Cabildo, the seat of the island government of Lanzarote, there is an imposing multi-part installation from 1999 on the roundabout, which is dedicated to the traditional Canary sailing sport 'Vela Latina'. This work of art was created by the two artists Ildefonso Aguliar and José Abad.
