Tips
After the city fire in 1878, a large representative building was built here on Mayor Oeste's estate. This was the Hotel Kaiserhof until 1905. It was then used as the director's apartment of the Saxony-Weimar potash union. Later it was the municipal hospital and today it is a senior care facility.
