The best way to go around Lake Zwenkau on the west side is on the lower split path. It is not asphalted, but the upper bitumen path on the dam is riddled with tree roots that can knock you off your saddle. And then you have to drive the rest of the way on the country road to the motorway bridge. The lower path takes you much further around👍
