Hiking
Giles Baths is located at the foot of the northern headland of Coogee Beach. It is a natural rock pool known as the 'Bogey Hole' and was used by male bathers in the 19th century. Today it is a popular bathing spot with young people. In high surf Giles Bath can be rough and lifeguards are often busy providing first aid for bumps, cuts and bruises.
